How to create a lead article (2024)

1. First decide is the article a disability or topic article: All lead articles should be filed under the ‘Lead article folder’

2. Find the correct folder that this article should be filed under, if there is no folder then create a folder - e.g. Lead article → Topics → Education

3. Then create the lead article under this folder by following the below steps: 

• Right click on the folder

• Select add object

• Select content folder

• Click ‘’Handicap’’ or ‘’Topics’’

4. Enter the name of the new Topic/Disability lead article and click ‘’ok’’

5. Complete the following sections highlighted in the screenshot below:

6. The click on ‘Inline Edit’ - This is where you write and create the body of the article

7. Click ‘’Add New Locale Version’’ and select the correct language for the article

8. Now you are ready to create the body of the article
