1. Identify and engage 20 trusted super users to ask questions, answer and - get onboard onto the forum

Ideas to reach more:
Program lead in the organization, engage uni students

Seek events to speak at to gain visibility - note down leads
(offline) Training about how to ask questions on the community: October - check budget
(online) : Seek partnerships and coordinate with local moderator, so that members can join with the moderator via one device.

@Faith Masengo (Unlicensed) meet with 8 facilitators and whole organization to identify most relevant questions (current affairs and livelihood) for Kenya and post a base of 50 local questions and answers until mid of Sept.

4. Ensure 250 content questions (incl. translated) on the forum (min. 1 page per category, optimally 2)

5. Determine needs and preferred format for the local community - via survey / helpline / KPI analysis / direct feedback from partners etc.
