    • Universities as access points: potential to collaborate with a local university to get motivated students in an info event, discussion and workshop / hackathon mode to ask questions on the forum and answer those for the local countries → colleague is already working on this

Time Scheduling

  • every morning setting a timeframe to check in with the community → when more intentional, 15-20 minutes each morning are enough

  • end of October: content mostly done, more leeway with community

  • after October: 5 hours per week for community
