  • in September 1st meeting, it became clear that the focus on the rural community had been somewhat lost

  • EnableMe falls under the WeAreAble project, and we are able had understood their focus to be on the rural rather than urban society/community

    • focus tasks to reroute the attention and prioritize the rural community again

      • helpline/helpdesk

      • Needs Analysis/Needs Assessment

    • superusers can also be found in this process (before the launch)

  • launch of EnableMe site and forum pushed to June 2022

    • this includes both the content site and the community site

    • content now seen as 1st priority, community 2nd (but community actions can be taken simultaneously in many instances)

      • e.g. super user activation

      • e.g. needs assessment → 50-100 local questions

  • How to support?

    • support is fine at the moment

    • Uganda will still attend the case clinics to share their learning processes

    • deciding before the next case clinic (21st) how to be involved → share results from needs assessment
